Weekly Vocabulary Presentations
[Back to the Downloads Page]One very effective way of teaching vocabulary that I have found is through the use of vivid imagery to help the students rememeber each word. I found pictures for each word in our McGraw Hill Treasures Reading Anthology on Flickr Storm.
I turned these images into weekly Powerpoint Presentations. If you don't use Treasures, you can still make a presentation with your own vocabulary words.
